EDUCATION FACILITIES

The Henry Fagan team was involved in this project since 2015, in their roles with a previous employer, executing the PMO function over a period of 8 years leading the overall management and implementation of the Education Department’s long term strategy to develop a new university in Mpumalanga (Mbombela Campus). The total spend to date for 50 projects in the programme is approximately R5 billion. All projects were successfully executed and integrated with the academic strategy. Further projects, that are currently in the planning stage, will be executed in the foreseeable future.
