Sigi has over 40 years’ experience in the built environment, all areas of business development and ownership, and Project and Programme Management. Having spent more than 30 of these years in executive leadership positions at major national construction companies and engineering consultancy groups. Sigi has acquired a lifetime of skills in operations and business leadership, and people leadership, and has built strong and long-lasting client relationships. He is an industry leader in advising clients on strategic initiatives to execute their objectives, grow their organisations, and deliver on their mandate. Being at the helm of the Henry Fagan business has afforded Sigi the opportunity to surround himself with a strong executive leadership team that enables him to actively pursue opportunities for the business, be a powerful technical and business advisor, ambassador, and be a strong and reliable councillor to clients and the industry at large. In addition to holding numerous professional association registrations and fellowships, Sigi is a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP). This is a testament to his leadership in successfully completing mega projects across Southern Africa.

Ali Naidu is a registered Professional Engineer with over 40 years of leadership experience, driving business growth, operational excellence, and innovation across multiple industries. He has held senior leadership roles, including Projects Director at Enza Construction, where he led initiatives that resulted in significant revenue growth and market expansion. His career also includes roles at Thyssenkrupp, PDNA Group, Mott MacDonald, and Bateman Africa.
Ali is known for his expertise in strategic planning, corporate development, and team building, with a strong ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders. He has served as a board member of the Construction Industry Development Board (cidb), the Black Business Council for Built Environment (BBCBE), and chaired the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE). Ali holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering. As CEO, he will lead Henry Fagan’s growth, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Lurendrin Naidoo is a seasoned executive with an MSc in Project Management (Building), an Honours in Information Sciences, a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management, and an Executive MBA. As Managing Director of Henry Fagan, he leads the firm’s strategic direction, driving growth, operational excellence, and executional discipline.
With over 17 years of experience across the Built Environment, Finance, Insurance, IT, and Advisory sectors, Lurendrin has overseen complex, high-impact projects across Southern Africa. His portfolio includes a 50-school infrastructure upgrade programme, major passenger rail station upgrades in the Western Cape, and the management of a large-scale PMO for a metropolitan municipality’s Integrated Rapid Public Transport Network (IRPTN) initiative in Gauteng.
Renowned for his strategic leadership, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement, Lurendrin ensures operational efficiency and financial sustainability across the organisation. His execution-driven approach and commitment to sustainable business growth make him a pivotal force in advancing Henry Fagan’s mission to deliver innovative, high-impact engineering and project management solutions.

Mark Ramauthar is an accomplished finance professional with over 30 years of experience in strategic leadership and financial management. He has a proven track record of driving financial performance and organizational growth. Before joining Henry Fagan, Mark held senior roles at MPAMOT Africa and Mott MacDonald Africa, where he led financial planning, budgeting, and risk management initiatives to ensure financial stability.
His expertise covers financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and strategic financial planning. Mark is committed to enhancing financial transparency and operational efficiency at Henry Fagan, supporting its continued success in a competitive market. He holds a Master’s in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa and is a certified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)). Mark’s strategic vision and leadership skills will guide Henry Fagan’s financial direction and long-term growth.

Werner Comrie is a Professional Engineer with over 37 years’ experience in Engineering and in particular Water engineering, of which the last 15 years were in executive management positions. He has extensive global experience in operations, organisational management, project execution, and infrastructure development. He is recognised as a strong and dynamic leader and analytical problem solver, who has successfully guided teams in delivering complex technical projects and programmes under demanding, deadline-driven conditions.
Over his career, Werner has held senior leadership roles that included oversight of multi-billion-rand national water projects and the management of large engineering teams of more than 100 staff. Werner is highly skilled in building and directing teams, adept at fostering collaboration, strengthening client relationships, and driving organisational success. Werner is passionate about advancing sustainable infrastructure that meets socio-economic needs while aligning with environmental and societal goals.
Werner is also a long-standing elected member and past Deputy Chairperson of the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE) national Water Engineering Divisional Committee.

Sinovuyo is a registered Professional Civil Engineering Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) with ECSA. She has 14 years of experience in the design, construction monitoring, and project management of civil engineering infrastructure projects. She has insight of the complexities involved in delivering basic services and the township establishment processes, particularly through her extensive work with the Department of Human Settlements, at both the Metro and Provincial levels.
Sinovuyo has led various Human Settlement Projects which entailed provision of water, sanitation, roads, stormwater, and the upgrading of informal settlements to fully serviced sites projects. She has worked with key clients such Eastern Cape Departments of Human Settlements, the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), the Housing Development Agency (HDA). She holds a BTech in Construction Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Cum Laude), and is currently pursuing an MPhil in Strategic Management.

Gaillard Rossouw is a Professional Civil Engineering Technologist with over 35 years’ of experience and has a proven track record of delivering mega projects in the built environment. These include human settlements, roads, airports, rail, and other infrastructure projects. Gaillard is proficient in airport planning, design, and delivery, refurbishing and upgrading building infrastructure, and planning and designing rail yard and maintenance infrastructure. He has worked for and led built environment professionals in numerous local and international organizations. Gaillard’s current focus centres around advising on and contributing to significant projects in retail and commercial, human settlements, healthcare, educational, and infrastructure developments across the globe. One of his current roles is the Project Director leading a team of professionals in a Project Management Office (PMO) overseeing a R2.2b water and sanitation refurbishment and upgrade project in Southern Africa.

Thato Thanyane is a dynamic human resources leader with more than 10 years of progressive experience spanning the construction, consulting engineering, and mining sectors. Thato is recognised for leading strategic HR initiatives that effectively align people, performance, and business outcomes. She has demonstrated a proven track record in HR Business Partnering, Organisational Design, Policy Development, Workforce Planning, and Transformation (BBBEE & EE).
As a Chartered HR Professional, Thato brings deep expertise in HR governance, change management, HR audits, performance management, and employee relations. Thato is highly skilled at driving culture transformation, implementing ISO-aligned frameworks, and ensuring HR compliance across national operations.

Shaun McFarlane is a highly accomplished project management professional, with extensive experience in civil engineering, infrastructure development, and multidisciplinary project delivery. With 16 years of experience, he has successfully delivered mega projects across the United Kingdom and South Africa.
A registered Professional Structural Engineer and Professional Project Manager, Shaun brings extensive expertise in project management, contract administration, and adjudication. Most recently, he led the successful roll-out of Shoprite Distribution Centres across South Africa. Shaun places strong emphasis on teamwork, trust, and a solutions-driven approach, ensuring excellence in every project he undertakes.

Niri Jainath is a strategic and detail-oriented Bid Manager at Henry Fagan, bringing over a decade of experience in coordinating and managing high-value bids within the engineering and infrastructure sectors. She leads the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity tracking, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement to final submission, ensuring that each bid aligns with the company’s values, technical capabilities, and client expectations. With strong communication and project management skills, Niri plays a pivotal role in positioning Henry Fagan for continued growth and competitiveness in the South African and broader African markets.

Kurt is a Professional Electrical Engineering Technologist with an extensive career spanning over 33 years experience leading all aspects of electrical engineering projects in the built environment. He has proven success in delivering large-scale building and infrastructure ventures within deadlines and budgetary requirements. Kurt is adept at initiating innovative strategies to drive performance enhancement and boost productivity, proficient in pro-active co-ordination, communication, and on-site supervision. He has demonstrated expertise in assembling, evaluating, and translating complex requirements into sustainable building and infrastructure solutions. Caitlin de Klerk is an accomplished marketing professional who leads strategic marketing, communications, and brand development initiatives in the built environment sector. With a strong background in corporate communications and brand management, she plays a pivotal role in positioning organisations as leaders in their field.
Caitlin drives campaigns that enhance stakeholder engagement, strengthen client relationships, and highlight technical excellence and innovative culture. She is also responsible for internal communications that align staff with long-term vision and values. Caitlin is passionate about storytelling and culture-building which combines creativity with strategic insight to ensure brand identities reflect professionalism, growth, and excellence in engineering and project management.

Pankaj is a Professional Structural Engineer with 27 years of extensive industrial and commercial experience in structural steel and concrete design, including site and design management. He has lead, designed, detailed and supervised the execution of a range of large scale structural endeavours including industrial, fluid retaining, sport (stadium), multi- storey buildings and general infrastructure works. He ensures cost effective design and management delivery duties for all his clients. Pankaj has a National Diploma, Bachelor of Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering and is a registered engineer with ECSA and ERB (Botswana).

Quinex is a Water and Sanitation Engineer with 17 years of experience in water resource planning, design, implementation, and management of infrastructure programs in South Africa and across Africa. He has extensive institutional knowledge and continues to advise clients in the public and private sectors on surface and subsurface drainage, irrigation canals, bulk pipelines, water and wastewater treatment works, and various hydraulic infrastructure.
Quinex has led projects in design and implementation in hydrology, hydraulics, water resources, stormwater, and subsurface drainage analysis as well as investigative and feasibility studies. He has also honed his skills in analysis and development of policies, strategies, and legislation for agriculture, water, and natural resources including water conservation and demand management, water and sanitation master plans, asset management, risk assessment, and project management.
He holds an MSc in Integrated Water Resources Management, a BSc in Engineering (Agric), and will soon acquire a PhD in Water Resources Management from the University of Pretoria.

Rajesh is an ECSA-registered Senior Civil Engineering Technologist with 43 years of experience spanning planning, design, documentation, construction supervision, and project management of a wide range of civil engineering projects. Over the course of his career, he has successfully managed civil engineering divisions at various companies, overseeing teams and taking responsibility for resource allocation, financial management, and HR functions.
Rajesh played a key role in establishing and managing LTE Consulting’s Polokwane office, where he strengthened client relationships and delivered high-quality infrastructure solutions. His technical expertise includes the design of roads, stormwater reticulation, sewer reticulation, and bulk earthworks, as well as the preparation of comprehensive documentation. Rajesh is highly regarded for his leadership, technical acumen, and commitment to excellence.
